Job Summary
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Greenville, SC. This role is ideal for a sales professional with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys building customer relationships, supporting revenue growth, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Inside Sales Representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers, prospects, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales communications with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare quotes, process sales inquiries, and follow up on customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Support account growth by identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and coordinating with outside sales or management.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, pricing details, and order information in company systems.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, problem solving, and consistent follow-through.
- Collaborate with production, operations, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000 to $65,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support inside sales activity for customers in a manufacturing-related environment.
- Prepare quotes, respond to inquiries, and assist with order follow-up.
- Maintain customer relationships and support account growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely customer service.
- 3-5 years of inside sales, sales support, customer service, or account support experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up consistently, and maintain attention to detail.
- Comfortable using business systems such as CRM platforms, ERP systems, order entry tools, or Microsoft Office.
- Professional phone and email communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing or business-to-business sales environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial products, or business-to-business sales support.
- Familiarity with quoting, pricing, order management, or customer account coordination.
- Experience supporting outside sales teams or managing ongoing customer accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM or ERP systems.
