Performance Feeder Systems is growing rapidly and building a stronger sales organization. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment and enjoys driving momentum through proactive follow-ups, lead qualification, and pipeline management.


This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, confident in communication, and driven by results. You will play a key role in keeping the sales pipeline active, supporting the outside sales team, and ensuring no opportunity is missed.

Additional Skills

Skills Required

- 3–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales, or Lead Development

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience in manufacturing, automation, or equipment design (preferred)

- Familiarity with ERP systems and pipeline management tools (preferred)

- Strong verbal communication and phone confidence

- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through


Responsibilities:

- Follow up with customers to maintain engagement and move opportunities forward

- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline

- Allocate and coordinate leads with the sales team

- Source new leads and build targeted prospect lists

- Conduct cold calls and qualify potential customers

- Support outside sales with scheduling and follow-ups

- Assist in sales coordination and operational tasks

- Participate in trade shows, including occasional weekends or overtime

- Support special projects related to sales growth and operations
