-Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is heavily focused on account management, customer support, order coordination, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing CRM systems, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and working extensively in Microsoft Excel.

-Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone and email communication * Manage customer inquiries, quotes, order status updates, and issue resolution * Enter and maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system * Process orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment * Track customer activity, opportunities, and follow-up tasks through the CRM * Generate reports and analyze customer data using Microsoft Excel * Assist with account management activities to support customer retention and satisfaction * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions * Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer support -Qualifications * 2+ years of Inside Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, or Order Processing experience * Strong experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheets, formulas, sorting, filtering, and reporting * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment * Professional phone and email etiquette * Experience supporting sales teams and managing customer accounts preferred
