Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced wholesale or manufacturing environment and enjoys building lasting customer relationships.

The Inside Sales Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for customers while managing orders from entry through fulfillment. You will work closely with sales, warehouse, shipping, production, operations, vendors, and customers to ensure accurate order processing, timely communication, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders, purchase orders, order confirmations, and revisions accurately using ERP and EDI systems.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding pricing, inventory, product availability, order status, backorders, delivery updates, and shipment delays.
- Coordinating with sales, warehouse, shipping, production, operations, vendors, and factories to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Preparing customer quotes, assisting with pricing requests, setting up new customer accounts, and maintaining accurate customer, product, CRM, and ERP records.
- Processing RMAs, returns, shipment discrepancies, cancellations, and other customer service requests.
- Generating weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and support sales promotions, distributor programs, and administrative tasks as needed.


Pay Range: $24 to $27 per hour.
Job type: Temp-to-Hire.
Location: Compton, CA.

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or order processing.
- Wholesale or distribution experience is required.
- Experience using ERP, CRM, and EDI systems.
- Strong order entry, inventory management, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, spreadsheets, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to prioritize work independently while collaborating effectively with sales, warehouse, shipping, production, and operations teams.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or industrial products experience.
- Experience in electronics, components, or semiconductor manufacturing or distribution.
- Hands-on experience with ERP order management systems.
- EDI order processing experience.
- CRM software experience.
- Inventory planning, forecasting, or customer inventory monitoring experience.
- Experience supporting distributor programs, sales promotions, or wholesale customer accounts.
