Key Responsibilities

- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining complete order records.
- Coordinate shipment scheduling, pickups, and delivery timelines with internal teams and external warehouse partners.
- Prepare bills of lading, shipping documents, and related order documentation.
- Communicate with customers, warehouses, carriers, and internal departments to support timely order fulfillment.
- Research and resolve shipment issues, claims, discrepancies, and documentation concerns.
- Maintain organized records and provide administrative support for inside sales and logistics activities.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $47,840.00 to $52,000.00 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Process and manage sales orders from entry through fulfillment.
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, documentation, and communication with warehouse partners.
- Prepare BOLs, shipping paperwork, and related logistics documentation.
- Support shipment claims, issue resolution, and accurate recordkeeping.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, order coordination, logistics, or a related role.
- Strong order entry, documentation, and administrative coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with internal teams, external warehouses, carriers, and customers.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with shipping documentation, bills of lading, and freight coordination.
- Familiarity with international logistics or export documentation.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods manufacturing, manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse-supported sales operations.
