Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional for a Contract/Temporary opportunity - Remote. 

This role is ideal for a driven sales candidate who enjoys building relationships, making outbound calls, identifying business needs, and closing opportunities in a fast-paced sales environment.

As an Inside Sales Compliance Sales Specialist, you will connect with warm business leads and help business owners find solutions designed to keep their companies compliant and protected. Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to warm business leads and engage decision-makers in professional sales conversations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate compliance-related solutions.
- Upsell, renew, and close sales opportunities while working toward individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key contacts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, document call activity, and manage timely follow-up.
- Work in a high-volume sales environment while participating in training and coaching sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $18 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Make outbound sales calls to warm business leads.

- 1+ year of inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales experience.
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the motivation to earn commission.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Organized, persistent, and able to manage follow-ups effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience selling compliance, business services, or professional services solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
- Experience working with warm leads in a call center or inside sales environment.
