Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Inside Sales professional for a new opportunity in Downey, CA. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, order processing, or account support who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and follow-through are essential.

The Inside Sales role supports customers throughout the order process, from order entry and verification to delivery coordination and issue resolution. This position works closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and orders are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter, review, and process customer orders while verifying pricing, product availability, shipping details, and customer requirements.
- Monitor order status, identify discrepancies or delays, and proactively coordinate solutions with internal teams.
- Communicate professionally with customers by phone, email, and other channels to answer questions, provide updates, and resolve concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order notes, documentation, and communication logs in accordance with company procedures.
- Partner with plant, transportation, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve inventory questions, delivery challenges, and order-related issues.
- Identify workflow gaps, report recurring issues, and contribute to process improvements, SOPs, and best practices.

- 1 to 3 years of customer service, order processing, inside sales support, or account management experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments is helpful.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and ERP systems
- Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
