We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Independent Office Specialist to support daily office, print, mail, and shipping operations in an on-site administrative support environment in Vadnais Heights, MN. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on office services work, staying organized, supporting internal teams, and helping keep business operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily shipping and receiving tasks using UPS and USPS.
- Print, scan, assemble, cut, bind, and punch documents according to job specifications.
- Use Ricoh Trac and related office equipment to support print and document workflow.
- Maintain inventory, stock supplies, and keep work areas organized and professional.
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients by email, phone, and in person.
- Support general office service needs while meeting quality, accuracy, and timing expectations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $19.00 per hour.
- Location: Vadnais Heights, MN, 3535 Vadnais Center Dr.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Type: Full-Time, Temporary.
- Support daily office, print, mail, and shipping operations in an on-site service environment.
- Prepare, process, and finish printed documents using scanning, binding, cutting, and punching equipment.
- Manage shipping, receiving, supply stocking, and inventory organization.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients to support timely, accurate service delivery.
- High school diploma, GED, or 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic experience with shipping, receiving, office services, print production, or document handling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Ability to use or learn office equipment, print systems, and document workflow tools.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Professional communication skills for email, phone, and in-person interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with print, copy, bindery, mailroom, or shipping operations.
- Familiarity with Ricoh Trac or similar print tracking and production systems.
- Prior experience in an office services, administrative support, printing, or publishing environment.
