Our client is seeking a Bilingual Legal Coordinator/Processor to support the settlement and document processing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with legal experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This is a HYBRID opportunity in Novato, CA. • Prepare, review, and process legal settlement and release documents • Bilingual in English & Spanish (read, write, and translate)
What You'll Do:
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and DocuSign to obtain completed paperwork
• Upload and track legal documents through internal systems and trust portals
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all deadlines are met
• Answer client questions and provide updates throughout the process
• Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to support case resolution
What We're Looking For:
• 1-2 years of legal office or law firm experience
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
