Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in the Bethlehem, PA area. This Residential HVAC Service Technician role is ideal for a skilled service professional who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems while providing homeowners with clear, reliable service recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance, system inspections, and service evaluations to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repair, maintenance, or replacement solutions to homeowners.
- Educate customers on maintenance plans, available services, and options that support system performance and reliability.
- Complete service documentation accurately using company technology and field service tools.
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to safety and company service standards.
Compensation and Benefits

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems in customer homes.
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and service documentation.
- Communicate repair recommendations, maintenance plans, and replacement options to homeowners.
- Manage service calls efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards.
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience required.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with residential HVAC equipment.
- Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related systems.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally in the field.
- Ability to learn and use technology for service documentation and field communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6-10 years of HVAC service experience.
- Strong background in residential service, maintenance plans, and customer-facing repair recommendations.
- Experience discussing repair versus replacement options with homeowners.
- Demonstrated ability to build customer trust and support repeat service relationships.
