Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Redmond, WA. This management-level role is ideal for a proven HVAC professional who can oversee complex projects from planning through completion while ensuring quality, efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate HVAC projects from initial planning through execution, delivery, and closeout.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, materials, labor, subcontractors, and overall project performance.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and adjust plans to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure HVAC work meets quality standards, project specifications, safety requirements, and applicable industry standards.
- Lead project teams with a focus on accountability, communication, productivity, and successful project completion.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage HVAC installation, maintenance, and system upgrade projects.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, resources, contractors, and field execution.
- Lead project meetings, communicate project status, and resolve issues impacting scope, schedule, or cost.
- Ensure successful project delivery with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Extensive experience managing HVAC projects in construction, industrial facilities, infrastructure, or related environments.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, equipment, installation practices, maintenance requirements, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to lead HVAC teams and drive projects from inception through completion.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and risk management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, field personnel, and leadership.
- Detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, accountability, and timely project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing HVAC projects within industrial facilities, infrastructure, or large-scale commercial construction environments.
- Background coordinating subcontractors, vendors, permitting, inspections, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with project management tools, construction schedules, cost tracking, and HVAC design or estimating processes.
