Our client is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to help identify, screen, and coordinate qualified candidates throughout the hiring process. This is a great opportunity for an organized, people-focused professional who enjoys recruiting and working with hiring managers.


What You’ll Do

• Review applications and assess candidates against job requirements.

• Conduct phone and screening interviews and verify professional references.

• Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews with hiring managers.

• Track candidates throughout the hiring process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Monitor job boards and recruitment activity.

• Maintain accurate candidate and interview records.

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to support recruiting processes and hiring decisions.

• Provide recommendations and support regarding candidates and job offers.

• Deliver excellent customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of recruiting experience preferred.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organization and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database/ATS systems.

• Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.

Schedule: Part time - 25 hours a week. 5 days/5 hours a day
