Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Coordinator for a contract/temporary opportunity in Dallas, TX, within the computer software industry. This hybrid HR Coordinator role is ideal for an early-career human resources professional who enjoys supporting employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, compliance tracking, and HR operations in a fast-paced corporate environment.
This position will support a People Services team while covering a paternity leave, offering the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, employee data management, new hire orientation, onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance workflows. The role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, service-minded, and excited to contribute to a positive employee experience.
You will work with a collaborative HR team that values accuracy, communication, teamwork, and timely support for employees and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with employee data lifecycle activities in SAP SuccessFactors, including hires, job changes, transfers, and terminations.
- Coordinate and host new hire orientation sessions to support a smooth onboarding experience.
- Prepare and process employment agreements, new hire documentation, and I-9 submissions in accordance with federal requirements.
- Monitor completion of compliance training, policy acknowledgements, and onboarding tasks, escalating risks as needed.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows within SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and employee experience.
- Perform additional HR and People Services support duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $21 to $23 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Schedule: Hybrid role with 2 to 3 days onsite in Dallas, TX.
- Assignment details: Covering a paternity leave.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support employee data lifecycle processes in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Coordinate new hire orientation, onboarding, and offboarding workflows.
- Process HR documentation, employment agreements, and I-9 submissions.
- Track compliance training, policy acknowledgements, and onboarding task completion.
- 1 to 2 years of human resources, HR coordination, onboarding, or employee services experience.
- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS platform.
- Familiarity with new hire paperwork, employment documentation, and I-9 compliance processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate employee records.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines while providing a professional and positive employee experience.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with 2 to 3 days onsite in Dallas, TX.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting HR operations within a technology, software, or corporate professional services environment.
- Prior experience coordinating new hire orientation sessions.
- Knowledge of onboarding and offboarding best practices.
- Ability to work effectively with HR, employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.
