Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR/Accounting Support Admin for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for a professional with 3-5 years of administrative experience and a strong background in Human Resources support, bookkeeping, compliance tracking, and office administration.

The HR/Accounting Support Admin will play an important role in supporting day-to-day business operations within a manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and internal teams while contributing to HR processes, accounting support, employee documentation, and company compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities

- Track company licenses, permits, renewals, and compliance deadlines to ensure documentation remains current.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including basic accounting support, recordkeeping, invoice tracking, and administrative financial documentation.
- Support HR-related functions, including employee records, onboarding paperwork, personnel files, and general HR administration.
- Coordinate workers' compensation procedures when an employee is injured on the job, including claim support and required documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and internal departments as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily office and business operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $45,000 to $55,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Track and manage company licenses, permits, renewals, and compliance documentation.
- Support Human Resources administration, employee records, onboarding paperwork, and workplace injury documentation.
- Assist with bookkeeping, accounting support, administrative financial records, and general office tasks.
- Coordinate workers' compensation claim documentation and follow proper procedures for workplace injuries.

- 3-5 years of relevant administrative, HR support, bookkeeping, or office support experience.
- Prior experience supporting Human Resources functions and employee documentation.
- Bookkeeping or accounting support experience, including comfort working with financial records and administrative accounting tasks.
- Understanding of workers' compensation procedures, workplace injury reporting, and required documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track deadlines, renewals, and compliance details accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Proactive communication style and ability to support multiple departments in a professional office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations-focused business environment.
- Familiarity with HR documentation, compliance tracking, permits, licenses, and administrative reporting.
- Experience using accounting software, HR systems, spreadsheets, or office productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently while supporting leadership, employees, and cross-functional teams.
