This is an opportunity for a seasoned hospitality leader who understands that luxury is defined by the details. The ideal candidate brings a passion for personalized service, culinary excellence, refined operations, and creating memorable experiences for discerning guests.
The General Manager will serve as the face of the property, overseeing hotel operations while working closely with the culinary and food & beverage teams to ensure every aspect of the guest experience reflects the property's standards of excellence.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Lead full-service hotel operations with accountability for guest experience, team performance, and financial results.
- Manage departmental leadership, staffing, service standards, and day-to-day property execution.
- Oversee budgets, operational reporting, cost controls, and revenue-focused initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with hospitality standards, safety requirements, and service quality expectations.

- 6 to 10 years of hotel or hospitality management experience.
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Director of Operations, or senior hotel leader.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and financial performance.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse hospitality teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and guest relations skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, resolve operational issues, and maintain high service standards.
- Professional leadership style with a focus on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing hotel operations in a competitive urban or high-volume hospitality market.
- Background with branded hotel standards, property performance metrics, and guest satisfaction programs.
- Experience supporting revenue management, sales strategy, and local market growth initiatives.
- Hospitality management degree or related education preferred.
- Fine dining experience preferred.
