Job Summary

We are seeking a polished and customer-focused Hospitality Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a professional law office environment in Denver, CO. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing high-level client service, keeping office and meeting spaces presentation-ready, and supporting attorneys, employees, clients, and visitors with professionalism and care.

The Hospitality Associate will serve as a key point of contact for reception, conference room coordination, office services, hospitality support, and general administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist clients, attorneys, visitors, and employees while delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, support reception coverage, and help manage hospitality and conference room scheduling.
- Coordinate meeting and conference room setups, including tables, chairs, podiums, divider walls, equipment, food, beverages, and supplies.
- Maintain conference rooms, visitor offices, kitchens, pantries, common areas, and hospitality spaces so they remain clean, stocked, organized, and client-ready.
- Provide copy, print, mail, shipping, receiving, supply distribution, and general clerical support as needed.
- Support inventory management, supply ordering, food and beverage service, kitchen equipment upkeep, and occasional office maintenance tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $20/hr to $22/hr.
- Job Type: 3-month contract to hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Denver, CO 80202.
- No driving required.
- No COVID requirements.
- Parking is not free and typically costs approximately $15 to $25.
- Professional business casual or business professional dress is required.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support front desk reception, visitor services, and professional client interactions.
- Coordinate conference room setups, meeting hospitality, food and beverage service, and event breakdowns.
- Maintain office hospitality areas, kitchens, pantries, supplies, and shared spaces.
- Provide administrative, mail, copy, print, shipping, receiving, and general office services support.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in hospitality, office services, reception, customer service, administrative support, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone and in-person presence.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Excellent customer service, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced professional office environment.
- Positive, proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented attitude.
- Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a law office environment.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with clients, attorneys, employees, and team members at all levels.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and carry materials, packages, office supplies, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to move tables, chairs, conference equipment, and meeting materials as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years of related hospitality, office, reception, or customer service experience preferred.
- Law firm, corporate office, professional services, or high-end hospitality experience highly preferred.
- Experience with conference room coordination, meeting setup, food and beverage service, and office services support.
- Familiarity with maintaining professional kitchens, pantries, coffee stations, and shared office spaces.
