Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FTZ Entry Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Miami, FL. This fully onsite role supports a growing import and logistics operation with high-volume international shipments entering the U.S.

The FTZ Entry Specialist will focus heavily on FTZ admission entries, CF214 documentation, customs entry processing, tariff classification, and import documentation accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity for a customs import professional who enjoys detailed documentation work, shipment coordination, and working across internal teams, ports, trucking companies, warehouses, and customs-related partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Process FTZ admission entries, including CF214 forms, accurately and efficiently in a high-volume import environment.
- Prepare, review, and organize customs documentation, including 7501 forms, shipment summaries, tariff classifications, and country of origin details.
- Classify imported products using HTS and tariff codes across multiple product categories.
- Track inbound shipments from customs clearance through warehouse receipt while coordinating with trucking companies, ports, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Prepare ISF filings prior to cargo arrival and support discrepancy reconciliation reporting with Customs when needed.
- Create tally-in reports, receiving reports, and occasional export documentation, including 7512 forms.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $50,000 to $55,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Process FTZ admission entries and CF214 documentation for inbound international shipments.
- Prepare customs entry documentation, including 7501 forms, ISF filings, and shipment summaries.
- Classify products using HTS and tariff codes by product category and country of origin.
- Coordinate import activity from customs clearance through warehouse receipt.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customs import coordination, import/export administration, customs brokerage, logistics, or related international transportation operations.
- Required experience processing CF214 entries.
- Strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations, FTZ procedures, tariff classification, and import documentation requirements.
- Knowledge of 7501 forms strongly preferred for this role.
- Ability to manage multiple inbound shipments, deadlines, documentation requirements, and operational priorities at the same time.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, follow-up ability, and accuracy with customs and shipment data.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment.
- Professional communication skills for working with internal teams, carriers, ports, warehouses, trucking companies, and customs-related contacts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using customs brokerage or logistics systems such as Edit Trade, NetCHB, or Magaya.
- Experience with 7512 forms or export documentation.
- Prior experience supporting foreign trade zone operations, high-volume import programs, or multi-category product classifications.
- Familiarity with discrepancy reconciliation reporting involving Customs.
