We are seeking an entry-level Front Desk Medical Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Las Vegas, NV. The Front Desk Medical Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and will support daily front office operations in a busy medical setting. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions, scheduling, and general front desk needs.
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and maintain organized appointment records.
- Check in patients and help ensure a positive, professional front office experience.
- Create and update patient charts with accurate information.
- Contact insurance companies to obtain preauthorizations as needed.
- Support general medical office administrative tasks to help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $16.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Answer phones and provide professional front desk support in a medical office setting.
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-in.
- Create patient charts and maintain accurate documentation.
- Obtain insurance preauthorizations as needed.
- Minimum of 6 months of previous receptionist experience scheduling appointments will be considered.
- Medical field experience in any role will be considered.
- Medical externship experience is acceptable.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized while handling phones, patient check-ins, and administrative tasks.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work well in a healthcare environment.
- Comfortable working with patients, office staff, and insurance contacts.
Qualifications:
- Prior front desk experience in scheduling appointments in any setting. Healthcare setting highly desired.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish speaking) preferred.
