Key Responsibilities

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Greet visitors at the front desk, provide assistance, and route inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Manage routine email correspondence and respond to general office inquiries.
- Perform accurate data entry, maintain office records, and support document organization.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and other clerical duties as assigned.
- Provide general administrative support to office staff in a fast-paced, public-facing environment.

- 1 to 2 years of administrative, receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a busy office environment.
- Friendly, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Reliable attendance, dependability, and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a government, public sector, administrative office, or professional front desk environment.
- Experience handling high call volume, visitor check-in, or routine public inquiries.
- Comfort balancing customer service duties with administrative and clerical support tasks.
