Job Summary

A Forklift Operator opportunity is available in Buffalo, NY for a reliable, detail-oriented candidate who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, shipping and receiving, and customer interaction. This temp-to-hire role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule and the opportunity to build long-term skills in a manufacturing-related warehouse environment.

This is a strong fit for someone with forklift experience, UPS and FedEx shipping knowledge, and a team-focused attitude. The role offers variety throughout the day, including warehouse organization, packing, labeling, showroom support, and freight coordination. Candidates who are dependable, organized, and comfortable working with both inventory and customers can grow into a valued member of the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a forklift safely to move, organize, and put away warehouse inventory.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including UPS, FedEx, and freight logistics.
- Pack boxes, label items accurately, and prepare products for shipment.
- Support showroom operations and help maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Interact professionally with customers by phone and in person.
- Follow warehouse procedures, safety standards, and inventory handling guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Background check and drug screening are required.
