Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, consumer engagement, and product demand within Food and Beverage and FMCG markets.
- Lead product marketing initiatives across the full life cycle, including market research, positioning, go-to-market planning, launch strategy, and retail activation.
- Analyze consumer insights, sales performance, competitive activity, pricing, packaging, promotions, and market trends to improve campaign performance and promotional ROI.
- Partner with sales, product development, supply chain, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Support brand growth through data-driven storytelling, channel strategy, consumer-focused messaging, and campaign performance analysis.
- Help establish marketing priorities, processes, and strategic direction as the company transitions into its new City of Industry facility.
Requirements & Key Qualifications
10+ Years of Experience: Proven background in brand strategy and marketing within Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
End-to-End Campaign & Launch Management: Track record of driving go-to-market strategies, product launches, market positioning, and retail activations.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled at leveraging consumer insights, sales data, market trends, and competitive analysis to boost brand performance and ROI.
Product Life Cycle Expertise: Solid grasp of strategic pricing, packaging, consumer research, and promotional planning across product lifecycles.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to partner seamlessly with Sales, R&D/Product Development, Supply Chain, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
Core Soft Skills: Agile, self-driven leader with exceptional communication, project management, and analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience marketing instant noodle, beverage, snack, pantry, or other high-velocity consumer food products. - Background supporting retail, grocery, club, mass, convenience, or Asian market channels. - Experience with brand renovation, new product launches, packaging optimization, consumer promotions, and retail activation. - Prior experience helping scale a brand, support a new facility launch, or guide marketing strategy during a period of company growth.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct-hire, full-time opportunity.
- Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.
