a respected labor organization located in Pasadena, CA, is seeking an experienced Field Coordinator / Labor Relations Manager to lead internal organizing initiatives, mentor union representatives, and execute strategic field campaigns. This is a senior-level opportunity requiring extensive experience in labor organizing, contract enforcement, campaign strategy, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing member engagement programs, leading organizing campaigns, and building strong workplace leadership teams. Candidates who do not meet the required labor organizing and leadership experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities
Lead strategic internal organizing, contract, and member engagement campaigns.
Manage, mentor, and develop Union Representatives/Internal Organizers.
Provide guidance on contract enforcement, grievances, workplace actions, and representation matters.
Develop and facilitate steward trainings, workshops, and leadership development programs.
Build member leadership structures and support membership growth initiatives.
Create campaign plans, track progress, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve strategic goals.
Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of labor organizing, union representation, and contract enforcement experience.
5+ years of experience supervising or mentoring Union Representatives/Internal Organizers.
Proven experience leading organizing campaigns and developing workplace leaders.
Strong knowledge of labor relations, grievances, collective bargaining, and ULP issues.
Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with diverse groups.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and organizing technology platforms.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel as needed.
