Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Support Specialist for a temporary opportunity in Decorah, IA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative, mailroom, print production, or office services professional who enjoys variety, customer interaction, and hands-on support work.
As a Field Support Specialist, you will support onsite client service operations, including mail and package handling, print and document finishing, phone support, office equipment support, and daily administrative coordination. This position offers a steady weekday schedule, a professional team environment, and the opportunity to build experience across multiple office service functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Process, sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and related materials.
- Perform print production, document finishing, assembly, filing, and general office services tasks.
- Answer, route, and respond to phone calls in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Replace toner, monitor office equipment, troubleshoot basic issues, and coordinate service calls as needed.
- Support multiple client locations and travel between sites as business needs require.
- Maintain accurate documentation, submit expenses, and provide responsive service to client contacts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $19 to $20 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Job type: Contract/temporary.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support onsite mailroom, print production, document handling, and office services operations.
- Provide professional customer service, phone support, and issue resolution for client teams.
- Maintain office equipment, supplies, documentation, and daily service workflows.
- Travel between client locations as needed to support field service requirements.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, mailroom, print, office services, records management, or related experience.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle mail, documents, records, and client materials accurately.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required auto insurance may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a mailroom, copy center, print production, records management, or onsite office services environment.
- Experience supporting multiple client locations or working in a field-based service role.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment, printers, copiers, scanners, and document finishing equipment.
