The Facility Maintenance Technician will support preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades across the property. This position is based in the West Nashville (Bellevue) area.
The schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 7am-3:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades throughout the facilities.
- Maintain HVAC systems and assist with diagnosing and resolving heating, cooling, and ventilation issues.
- Support maintenance of aquatics areas, including equipment checks, water-related systems, and related facility needs.
- Complete plumbing and irrigation-related repairs to help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
- Respond to maintenance requests, prioritize work orders, and document completed repairs as needed.
- Identify facility issues proactively and communicate repair needs, safety concerns, and improvement opportunities.
This position offers:
- Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on credentials, skills, and experience.

- Support aquatics area maintenance and facility equipment needs.
- Complete plumbing and irrigation-related maintenance and repairs.
- 3 to 5 years of facility maintenance, building maintenance, or related maintenance experience.
- Hands-on HVAC maintenance experience.
- Experience maintaining an aquatics area or similar water-based facility system.
- Experience with plumbing and/or irrigation-related repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members, leadership, vendors, and facility users.
- Professional, service-focused approach with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy facility environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPO certification is a plus.
- Experience in real estate, property management, commercial facilities, residential communities, recreation facilities, or similar environments.
- Additional hands-on experience with general building systems, equipment repairs, preventative maintenance programs, and facility upgrades.
