Executive Assistant to Co-Owner
Support a co-owner managing over $500M in assets and serving 100+ high-net-worth clients. The executive is also a public figure active in philanthropy and political events.
Manage personal and business calendars
Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, itineraries)
Use tools like Google Calendar, Outlook, TripIt, and Slack
Attend meetings/events and take notes
Assist with event planning and vendor coordination
Split time between office and home (within 10 minutes of each other)
3–5 years executive assistant experience
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Proficient on Mac and PC
Experience with high-end travel
Polished, professional, and resourceful
Well-connected with vendors and event planners
Able to work independently and hit the ground running
