A well-established real estate development company in Columbia, SC is seeking an organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the President and development team. This is a high-impact Executive Assistant role for someone who takes ownership, keeps details organized, and helps busy leaders stay focused and productive.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative, organizational, and operational support to the President and development team.
- Prepare, organize, maintain, and update documents, spreadsheets, reports, files, and business records.
- Assist with tracking budgets, expenses, P&Ls, and other financial information using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Manage multiple requests and shifting priorities with professionalism, urgency, and strong follow-through.
- Communicate with internal team members, vendors, contractors, and business contacts to gather information and keep items moving.
- Handle confidential and business-sensitive information with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $45,000 to $48,000 per year.
- Benefits: No benefits offered.

- Provide executive-level administrative support to the President and development team.
- Manage documents, spreadsheets, records, data entry, and administrative follow-up.
- Assist with financial tracking, budget information, expense details, and P&L organization.
- Coordinate communication and follow-up with internal and external business contacts.
- 3 to 5 years of administrative, executive support, or closely related office experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with spreadsheets, data organization, reports, and business records.
- Comfort working with numbers, budgets, expenses, and financial information.
- QuickBooks experience for data entry or information tracking is helpful.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Strong sense of urgency with a dependable, get-it-done approach.
- Professional communication skills and confidence following up with others.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting an executive, owner, president, or senior leadership team.
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, construction, development, or a related business environment.
- QuickBooks experience for data entry, tracking, or basic reporting.
- Familiarity with budgets, expenses, P&Ls, vendor communication, and project-related documentation.
