We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a direct hire opportunity in Greenville, SC, supporting a company in the industrial facilities and infrastructure construction industry. This role is ideal for a highly organized administrative professional who is comfortable handling confidential information, supporting leadership, coordinating office priorities, and contributing to both administrative and marketing functions.
The Executive Assistant will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while providing trusted support to leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, document preparation, correspondence, and follow-up.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Use QuickBooks to support administrative, accounting, or financial tracking activities as needed.
- Assist with marketing support tasks, which may include preparing materials, coordinating communications, and supporting business development efforts.
- Maintain organized records, reports, files, and office documentation to support efficient operations.
- Coordinate priorities across administrative, leadership, and operational needs in a construction-focused environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.

- Support QuickBooks-related administrative or financial tasks.
- Assist with marketing support and general office coordination.
- 6 to 10 years of administrative support or executive assistant experience.
- QuickBooks experience is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Proficiency with standard office technology and administrative processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a professional construction, industrial, or infrastructure-related business environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives or senior leadership in construction, industrial services, engineering, infrastructure, or a related industry.
- Experience assisting with marketing materials, proposals, client communications, or business development support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs in a busy office environment.
