Additional Skills

Perform a variety of complex and responsible administrative/executive support work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, etc.
• Professional appearance, grooming, and dress consistent with desired organizational image.
• Operate computer systems and software applications related to District executive management support and administrative functions
• Correct English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Operate standard office equipment, such as copy machines, typewriters, and 10-key adding machine, postage machine; fax machine and multi-line telephone system.
• Development and maintenance of recordkeeping and extensive filing system.
• Receive, interpret, and organize information, and to redistribute such information efficiently.
• Type at a minimum rate of 50 wpm from clear, legible copy.
• Prepare agenda, minutes, and records for the Board of Directors.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers, outside
