Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including scheduling, coordination, correspondence, and daily priority management.
- Manage changing calendars, meetings, follow-ups, task lists, and deadlines while adapting quickly to shifting business needs.
- Use multiple databases, CRM tools, screens, and business systems to access, update, organize, and track information accurately.
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and other materials to support leadership and business operations.
- Serve as a professional liaison between leadership, internal teams, external contacts, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, meetings, and company events as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $47,000 to $50,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support a busy executive with scheduling, communication, coordination, follow-ups, and daily administrative needs.
- Manage shifting priorities, calendars, meetings, reports, and business information in a fast-paced environment.
- Work across multiple databases, CRM systems, screens, and office software tools while maintaining accuracy.
- Serve as a reliable administrative partner who anticipates needs and keeps leadership organized.
- 3 to 5 years of administrative, executive assistant, or related office support experience.
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- CRM experience is required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through with minimal repeated direction.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing information, documents, and schedules.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Comfortable supporting a very busy executive in a small team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting sales leadership, regional leadership, or market-based teams.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced executive administrative support role.
- Familiarity with managing information across multiple business systems or databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm, focused, and organized when priorities change.
