Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify healthcare and insurance-related information with a high level of accuracy.
- Review records, forms, and documentation for completeness, consistency, and proper formatting.
- Use Microsoft Excel to maintain spreadsheets, organize information, and support administrative tracking.
- Use Microsoft Outlook to communicate professionally and manage office correspondence.
- Apply basic medical terminology when reviewing and processing healthcare documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow proper procedures for handling sensitive medical and insurance information.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $27,040 per year.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- 1 to 2 years of administrative, clerical, data entry, order processing, or related office experience preferred.

- Ability to work with confidential medical and insurance-related information.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology.

Preferred Qualifications
