Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Events Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Greater Seattle Area. This role is ideal for a strategic, highly organized event professional who enjoys creating memorable corporate experiences while managing the details that make each event successful.
The Events Manager will oversee corporate events from concept through post-event analysis, partnering closely with executives, vendors, speakers, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute corporate events from concept through completion, including timelines, budgets, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
- Research venues, hotels, vendors, and service providers while negotiating contracts and managing event-related costs.
- Coordinate speakers, presenters, executives, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth event delivery.
- Manage attendee registration, event communications, on-site logistics, and day-of execution.
- Track event performance, measure ROI, prepare post-event reporting, and maintain event data in Salesforce and marketing platforms.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 to $95,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage full-cycle corporate event planning and execution from initial concept through post-event reporting.
- Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and project plans.
- Coordinate speakers, executives, attendee communications, registration, and on-site event logistics.
- Maintain event data, reporting, and performance insights using Salesforce and related marketing systems.
- 5+ years of corporate event management experience.
- Demonstrated success managing events from A to Z.
- Experience with venue selection, budgeting, speaker management, vendor negotiations, and event logistics.
- Salesforce experience is required.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, registration systems, CRM tools, or related event technology.
- Strong project management, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver professional event experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting events within financial services, professional services, or another highly regulated corporate environment.
- Familiarity with event ROI analysis, marketing reporting, and campaign performance measurement.
- Experience partnering with senior executives, sales teams, marketing teams, and external vendors.
- Ability to bring creative event ideas while maintaining strong budget, timeline, and process discipline.
