Job Summary
We're looking for an Event Marketing Manager who doesn't simply execute someone else's ideas. We want someone who brings them.
This role is ideal for someone who naturally thinks, "Here's what we should do," rather than, "Tell me what you want me to do." You'll take ownership of the entire event lifecycle, from concept and strategy through execution and post-event analysis, while using Salesforce to track, measure, and improve results.
Salesforce experience is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative event marketing strategies that support client engagement, prospect generation, and business growth.
- Own the full event lifecycle, including concept development, planning, budgeting, logistics, promotion, execution, and post-event analysis.
- Plan and manage educational seminars, client appreciation events, workshops, community outreach initiatives, and other client-facing programs.
- Coordinate vendors, venues, speakers, sponsorships, timelines, event materials, and on-site logistics.
- Partner with marketing and leadership teams to align event strategy with business goals and audience needs.
- Measure event performance, including attendance, engagement, appointments generated, attendee experience, and overall ROI.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of event marketing or event management experience.
- Experience developing event concepts and strategies from the ground up.
- Experience owning events from concept through execution.
- Strong Salesforce CRM experience. You should be comfortable using Salesforce to manage campaigns, track attendees, report on outcomes, and measure event performance.
- Experience managing event budgets and vendor relationships.
- Experience measuring event success using data and ROI.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000 to $110,000 per year + quarterly bonus.
- Job type: Direct hire.

- Strategic, creative, and proactive approach to identifying event opportunities and improving attendee experiences.
- Experience measuring event performance, effectiveness, and return on investment.

- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or professional services.
