As an Real Estate Paralegal, you will support the preparation and implementation of real estate deals, from initial negotiations to final closings.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing real estate documents, including deeds, leases, and purchase agreements.
Conduct title searches and manage closing processes, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other parties to facilitate real estate transactions, maintaining clear and effective communication.
Research and resolve any issues related to property titles or legal descriptions.
Maintain organized records of all transactions
and related documentation.

Qualifications

Previous paralegal experience, preferably in real estate law.
Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and legal documentation.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
