Key Responsibilities
- Scan, image, and archive escrow-related documents to ensure accurate record retention and quality control compliance.
- Provide centralized clerical processing support for documents related to the opening and closing of residential escrows.
- Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches and, on occasion, customers.
- Receipt lender and buyer funds and assist escrow teams with in-office processing support.
- Support prior-to-document conditions, HOA demands, remediation tasks, and national escrow support functions.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy in a high-volume processing environment with repetitive daily tasks.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.

- Daily workload includes approximately 6.5 hours of processing.
