Duties:
Calibrate tools, gauges, and fixtures to ensure accuracy and compliance
Create and update 3D CAD models and technical drawings
Perform 3D scanning and evaluate parts for dimensional accuracy
Assist with tool design, manufacturing processes, and documentation
Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI)
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Collect and analyze manufacturing and quality data
Develop work instructions and technical specifications
Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance

Technical school diploma or equivalent, Proficiency in 3D CAD, Strong knowledge of GD&T and machining processes, Experience with EDM and CMM is a plus, Familiarity with PC-DMIS, Geomagic, or similar software preferred
