Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit-related questions and service needs
Handle renewals, plan comparisons, carrier marketing, and proposals
Lead open enrollment presentations and new hire benefit meetings
Resolve claims, billing, eligibility, and carrier issues
Maintain client records using Employee Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, and related systems
Ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, and California regulations
