We are seeking an Electronics & Repair Tech for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Tucson, AZ. This hands-on role is ideal for a detail-oriented electronics professional who enjoys troubleshooting circuit boards, performing precision soldering, and supporting high-quality electronic control systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies, circuit boards, and control system components.
- Perform precision soldering, PCB rework, component replacement, and product verification.
- Configure, calibrate, and validate electronic products before shipment.
- Diagnose failures, document root causes, and support corrective action efforts.
- Follow quality standards, process control procedures, and electronic testing requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to improve product reliability and manufacturing processes.

Compensation and Benefits

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Troubleshoot analog and digital electronic circuits at the board and component level.
- Perform soldering, rework, repair, calibration, and verification of electronic assemblies.
- Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvement efforts.
- Work closely with Engineering and Production to maintain quality and product reliability.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant electronics repair, testing, or troubleshooting experience.
- Strong soldering, PCB rework, and component-level repair skills.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Experience using electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
- Knowledge of electronic testing procedures, quality standards, and process control methods.
- Familiarity with Ethernet, RS232, or MODBUS communication protocols.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative manufacturing or technical production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to C/C++, Linux, or embedded systems.
- Experience supporting electronic product configuration, calibration, or field repairs.
- Background working with electronic control systems in a manufacturing environment.
