Key Responsibilities

- Open, sort, and separate incoming mail according to established procedures.
- Prepare paper documents for high-speed scanning and digital processing.
- Operate basic computer systems, Kodak scanners, and copier equipment.
- Perform glass copies and basic scanning tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Lift, move, and organize boxes and supplies weighing approximately 10 to 50 lbs.
- Support daily production goals in a fast-paced document processing environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Full-time schedule with potential overtime.
- Location: Parma, OH 44130.
- Free on-site parking.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years of related administrative, clerical, mailroom, scanning, or production experience preferred.
- Basic PC skills and typing ability required.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, production-focused environment.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and teamwork skills.
- Adaptable to repetitive tasks and changing daily workflow needs.
- Cell phones must remain on silent and stored in a locker during work hours.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in document scanning, mailroom operations, records processing, or office production support.
- Familiarity with high-speed scanners, copier equipment, or document imaging processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production or administrative environment.
