Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Imaging Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Novato, CA within the banking and consumer lending industry. Key Responsibilities

- Manage document imaging, indexing, archiving, retrieval, and quality control processes to ensure document accuracy and accessibility.
- Monitor daily document management workflow to meet production deadlines, service standards, and compliance requirements.
- Support document management projects, system enhancements, process improvements, and audit-related initiatives.
- Maintain document storage, COLD reports, statements, offsite records, and related archival materials.
- Partner with internal departments to resolve document issues, improve records processes, and support banking operations.
- Provide technical and operational support for document management systems and related reporting tools.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $28 to $32 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Novato, CA.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage document imaging, archiving, retrieval, quality control, and records management processes.
- Maintain document storage, COLD reports, statements, and offsite records.
- Support document management system enhancements, workflow improvements, and compliance initiatives.
- Partner with internal banking teams to support audits, reporting, and operational document needs.

- 1 to 2 years of related experience in document management, imaging, records management, or banking operations.
- Experience working in a banking, financial services, or consumer lending environment.
- Advanced knowledge of OnBase, Optima Archival System, or similar document management platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL and FIS Core System.
- Familiarity with FOS Statement Output Service and banking document workflows.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, VBA, Microsoft Query, and User Forms.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage deadlines, maintain document integrity, and support regulatory compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience supporting audit, compliance, or regulatory documentation needs in a banking environment.
- Experience improving document workflow, imaging accuracy, or archival processes.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot document management and reporting issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, compliance, lending, and IT teams.
