As a Document Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the document management system for a reputable biomanufacturing company. You will be responsible for the accurate intake, tracking, archiving, and issuance of critical documentation. This position requires an uncompromising eye for detail, a strong collaborative spirit, and a commitment to regulatory compliance to ensure our life-changing biopharmaceutical products meet the highest global quality standards. Qualifications:
-Minimum of 6 months experience in an Administrative based role
Advanced experience with MS Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel)
-Must have experience working in a team-oriented environment
-Must Possess good written & verbal communication skills
-Demonstrate solid organizational and planning skills through previous professional experience
-Must be able to work in a fast-pace environment
-Able to efficiently prioritize and remain flexible to competing tasks
Prior experience in a business administrative role
-Previous experience filing, sorting, reconciling of documents (e.g Medical Records, company based confidential documentation) is a plus
Responsibilities:
-Maintain the document management system in accordance with departmental and site needs which include management of templates, Logbooks, allocation of document numbers and review of draft documents.
-Record Management and Archival of documents for long term storage.
-Filing, sorting, printing of requested documents.
-Assembly of controlled documentation issued by the Document Control team -Suiting up in PPE is a possible factor for this position as that may be an occasional requirement.
-Reconciling of previously issued documents
