Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Cleveland, OH area. The Data Entry Specialist will support business process outsourcing operations by accurately entering, validating, and reviewing information from hardcopy and digital documents. Key Responsibilities

- Perform high-speed manual data entry and verification from incoming hardcopy and digital documents.
- Review, validate, and correct automatically extracted data, document classifications, redactions, metadata, and indexing information.
- Conduct quality control by comparing hardcopy documents with digitally converted versions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review checks and supporting documentation to verify payee details, check dates, signatures, amounts, and required information.
- Complete check batch total reconciliation, maintain fiscal control, and research check distributions based on customer requirements.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy standards while completing repetitive document processing tasks according to procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Temp-to-Engage.
- Contract Duration: 4+ months, with potential to become engaged.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute lunch.
- Work Arrangement: Offsite.
- Location: Parma, OH 44130, Cleveland area.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Perform high-volume data entry, verification, indexing, and document processing.
- Validate digital and hardcopy documents for accuracy, classification, redaction, and completeness.
- Review check documentation and support reconciliation and fiscal control processes.
- Maintain production, quality, and accuracy standards in a fast-paced processing environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience required.
- High-speed data entry experience required.
- Experience with 10-key data entry required.
- Ability to demonstrate 45 WPM typing speed or better without errors preferred.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with personal computers and data entry software.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to complete repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with coworkers, other departments, and management.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

- Medical experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in document processing, business process outsourcing, records processing, or order processing is preferred.
- Experience meeting production-based data entry metrics in a quality-focused environment is preferred.
