Role: Data Entry/Clerical (Scale Clerk) Pay: $20/hr Assignment: Seasonal (through wheat harvest, returning again for fall harvest) Location: Grand Ledge, MI 48837 Schedule: • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour shift) • During peak harvest (first/second week of July): 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts) • Returns to 8-hour shifts after wheat harvest until fall harvest What you'll do: • Weigh trucks entering and leaving the facility • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records • Answer phone calls and assist customers with professionalism • File and retain documentation • Operate PLC program for weighing and tracking • Grade grain as needed • Maintain a clean and organized workspace • Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong computer skills; experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred • Experience with office equipment (copier, fax machine, etc.) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Professional attitude with reliable attendance • Willingness to work overtime and weekends, especially during peak harvest • Ability to meet physical demands (standing, sitting for long periods, bending, kneeling, lifting storage boxes, using a phone frequently) • Commitment to safety and following company procedures
