Key Responsibilities
Collect, review, organize, and maintain technical and regulatory data.
Track and update raw material information and outstanding documentation.
Maintain accurate Excel trackers, reports, and databases.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to obtain and validate data.
Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Support implementation of new software and digital tools.
Assist with process documentation, mapping, and training materials.
Qualifications
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, reporting, and data organization.
Strong data management and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and process-oriented mindset.
Science or Engineering background is preferred.
