We are hiring an on-site Customer Support & Sales Rep for an overnight direct hire opportunity in Monroeville, PA, in the Pittsburgh area. Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide friendly, professional support for service, account, and product-related questions.
- Assist customers with equipment activation, password resets, service plans, installation details, and general troubleshooting needs.
- Educate customers on available internet services, products, equipment, speed, reliability, and service availability.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions or product options.
- Process service orders, update customer records accurately, and document customer interactions.
- Meet customer service, quality, productivity, and sales performance goals in a call center setting.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range: $16 to $17 per hour.
- Base pay: $16 per hour.
- Overnight shift differential: $1 per hour.
- Performance bonus opportunity: $300 to $616 per month based on key metrics.

- Training schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM for approximately two weeks.
- Training includes classroom training, nesting, and a transition day.
- No time off can be taken during training.
- Regular schedule after training: Friday through Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday off.
- Candidates must be able to start their regular shift at either 9:00 PM or 1:00 AM.
- Work location: On-site in Monroeville, PA.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Handle inbound customer support and sales interactions in a call center environment.
- Support customers with account questions, equipment activation, service plans, and password resets.
- Explain internet products, service availability, installation details, and equipment options clearly.
- Accurately process service orders and document customer information.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years of customer support, call center, client care, or sales experience preferred.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful, but training is provided.
- Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate customer account systems.
- Ability to explain information clearly and professionally to customers.
- Comfortable working overnight hours and maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Patient, empathetic, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.
- Ability to meet performance goals related to service quality, customer experience, and sales.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior call center experience.
- Experience supporting internet, telecommunications, technology, or subscription-based services.
- Previous experience meeting customer service, quality, or sales performance metrics.
- Comfort discussing product options, upgrades, or service recommendations with customers.
