Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service - Supply Chain professional for a direct hire opportunity in San Fernando, CA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with 3 to 5 years of experience supporting customer orders, sales teams, production teams, and supply chain activity within a manufacturing environment.
The Customer Service - Supply Chain Representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping ensure accurate order processing, timely communication, dependable follow-up, and a positive service experience. This position works closely with sales, production, shipping and receiving, and quality control teams to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries, order status updates, product information, and service-related communication.
- Process, monitor, and follow up on customer orders to support accuracy, timely completion, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales, production, shipping, receiving, and quality teams to support customer requirements and operational workflow.
- Help resolve customer concerns by gathering information, communicating updates, and following through to completion.
- Support sales and account management teams with documentation, order coordination, and customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and internal communication to support efficient service and reporting.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $53,000 to $57,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support customer service, order management, and account communication within a manufacturing environment.
- Coordinate customer orders and updates with sales, production, shipping, receiving, and quality teams.
- Resolve customer inquiries and service issues with timely follow-up and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate order details, customer records, and internal documentation.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant customer service, supply chain, order management, or manufacturing support experience.
- Experience working with customers, sales teams, production teams, and operational departments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, professional, and solutions-focused support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage order information accurately.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, follow up consistently, and support multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with a positive, team-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain customer service environment.
- Familiarity with order processing, production coordination, shipping timelines, and customer account support.
- Experience supporting sales or account management teams with documentation and customer follow-up.
