Available Opportunities- all on site:

Absentee Assistant - $17/hr
Sept. 14 - Nov. 6 | Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM


Process absentee ballots, perform data entry, maintain records, and support election operations.


Training Admin Support - $18/hr
Sept. 21 - Nov. 6 | Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM


Provide administrative support, prepare training materials, and assist with organizing documents and binders.


Call Center Representative - $17/hr
Sept. 28 - Nov. 6 | Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM


Assist voters over the phone, answer questions, perform data entry, and provide customer support.

Technician - In Office Support - $18/hr + OT + $410 Election Day Bonus
Sept. 21 - Nov. 6 | Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM


No IT background required!
Help set up voting equipment, troubleshoot basic issues, and provide hands-on support during election operations. **Car insurance copy + reliable transportation is required!



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Provide voter support, customer service, and accurate data entry.
- Process records, documents, absentee ballot materials, and administrative paperwork.
- Support call center, training administration, office operations, or equipment setup activities.
- Follow election procedures and contribute to efficient day-to-day operations.
