We are seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Osseo, MN. This in-office role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, resolving questions, and supporting daily office operations in a professional customer care environment.
The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers by phone, email, and in person. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, a collaborative office setting, and the opportunity to build valuable experience in customer service, administrative support, and the banking and consumer lending industry. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional, timely, and helpful manner.
- Process customer requests, orders, updates, and account information with a high level of accuracy.
- Resolve customer concerns by listening carefully, identifying needs, and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and follow-up details in company systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support timely service, communication, and issue resolution.
- Assist with general office, administrative, and customer support tasks as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20-$21 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Friday schedule: 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Work arrangement: In-office position in Osseo, MN.
- Rotating Saturday schedule approximately once every three weeks.
- Saturday shift: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Employees may either adjust their weekday schedule by taking five hours off during the week or work the Saturday shift as overtime.
- Provide frontline customer service by phone, email, and in person.
- Process customer information, service requests, and documentation accurately.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a professional and positive experience.
- Support daily administrative tasks and coordinate follow-up with internal teams.
- 1-2 years of customer service, administrative, office, or call center experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay accurate in a busy office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Positive attitude, reliability, dependability, and a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center, banking, consumer lending, financial services, or professional office environment.
- Experience handling customer records, account updates, service documentation, or similar administrative processes.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced in-office customer support environment.
