Job Summary Responsibilities
We are seeking Customer Service Professionals for direct hire opportunities in San Antonio, TX, supporting a growing telecommunications customer support team. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound customer interactions.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns accurately and efficiently.
- Manage complex account-related issues, escalations, and service inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Document customer interactions, actions taken, and resolutions thoroughly in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify effective solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Navigate multiple systems and applications while assisting customers in a timely manner.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $19.00 to $21.50 per hour.
