Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service professional to support a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment in the Los Angeles, CA area. This Customer Service role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and independent promoters, solving problems, processing orders accurately, and building positive long-term relationships.

This position offers a structured office setting, daily interaction with internal teams, and the opportunity to work with supportive leadership in a team-focused environment. The role is well-suited for a dependable, detail-oriented customer care professional who takes pride in providing accurate information, resolving issues quickly, and delivering a positive service experience in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer and promoter orders, applications, returns, and related requests received by phone, mail, fax, and email with accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Spanish and English while providing friendly, helpful, and solutions-focused support.
- Research and respond to questions regarding products, accounts, promotions, compensation plans, contests, events, and general service needs.
- Maintain accurate logs and records, including call notes, referrals, product return complaints, quality control logs, renewals, and account updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as product management, design, warehouse, recognition, and field support to resolve requests efficiently.
- Support special projects, month-end activities, reporting, account balancing, credit memos, and training for new team members as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour.
- Location: Los Angeles, CA area, with office attendance required daily.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime office schedule, with some Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. as needed.
- Assignment Duration: Start ASAP, approximately 90-day assignment.



Required Qualifications and Skills
- Process orders, applications, returns, account updates, and service requests with a high level of accuracy.
- Provide bilingual customer support by phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Maintain detailed service logs, referral records, quality control documentation, and account information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to answer questions, resolve issues, and support promoter success.

- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone etiquette.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable navigating computer systems while speaking with customers by phone.
- Proficiency with Windows PC applications and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and stay calm under pressure.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, operate phone and computer systems, and lift or carry up to 20 pounds as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience supporting distributors, promoters, field sales teams, or independent representatives is helpful.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, direct selling, or product-based customer support is a plus.
- Previous experience assisting with account maintenance, quality control logs, product returns, or month-end support is preferred.
