Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Union City, CA. This role is a great fit for someone with 1-2 years of customer service, parts, service support, or administrative experience who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and keeping service operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service and parts calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Create, update customer orders.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer needs and helping ensure satisfaction.
- Use industry knowledge and internal resources to support service and parts-related inquiries efficiently.
- Perform a variety of administrative and office support tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and managers to support daily workflow and service goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Answer and support incoming customer service and parts calls.
- Create and manage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide customer service support, administrative assistance, and issue follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and service operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, parts support, service coordination, or a related role.
- Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant, professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and database experience.
- Strong multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy, quality, and urgency.
- Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and take a proactive approach.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, creativity, and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
- Ability to work in an office environment and operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing, service, parts, or related industrial environment.
- Prior experience creating or managing service orders, work orders, or similar records.
- Familiarity with customer databases, order entry systems, or service management software.
